Serato dj intro not working properly not getting any sound

The music is playing, but no sound thru my speakers. The virtual Dj works but not serato. How do i rectify the problem?

Why is serato dj intro not working with windows vista. the songs spin on the computer but no sound thru the speakers.

Hey Gray Beard,

Thank you for your post.

With regards to this issue, are you referring to the computer's speakers or a dedicated external speaker that you are routing from the ERGO to? Keep in mind that Serato DJ will use your ERGO as a sound card so there will be no sound from the computer but rather through the outputs of the ERGO whether that be headphones and/or master outputs. Have you tried plugging in headphones and seeing if those work?
