Having trouble with the NS7FX everytime i want to use the effects the turn and work but when i decide to cut the effect it stays on or i will not get any sound

Everthing works well with my NS7FX however I'm not getting any mic output on SDJ. When I use Itch I get mic output. So clealy this is a software issue. Serato please fix ASAP!

Had to play from my phone thru the mic & the p/a system monitor not thru the ns7 input , it worked out better than not playing it

I installed the new software on Thursday. Friday night I had a gig and 3 times the software stopped working in the middle of my sets. Music stops, people booing... This is definitely not ok! Tonight I am back in the booth and i'm not feeling comfortable using Serato DJ. If this problem happens again, I seriously doubt the club owner will hire me back. Once again this is not ok!

I noticed in the software panel the mic/aux knob was greyed out. Perhaps wasn't midi mapped problem or driver issue..Been calling support and left message about it. Been calling since this morning.

I spoke with them today. 1.2 has a known issue with the mic/aux input greyed out where it is not mapped yet due to direct hardware routing. For now I guess we will have to use a small mixer to use as an aux or mic out. If the usb cord is taken out you can use the mic/aux, but Serato Dj as you know won't work!

do this software play karaoke files as do virtual DJ program? i currently use serato itch which do not, that's why i installed virtual dj also but would like to stick with serato products with my NS7 unit.

hope this will be fixed soon....and what about the error 5 code ?

Def need to fix mic/aux issue...critical!!

Serato dj is dope,but with the mic/aux issue is due to be an easy fix.I'm not going to use it at my gigs till the next update.The only thing Serato Dj needs is midi out.I mapped my Akai Apc40 to effects,cues and loops,but the lights don't work when something is loaded or no full led rings don't light up around.If anyone has any info on this i could use the help or any blank Apc40 templates out there...NS7-2 August 1....

my NS7FX does not work at all. it locks up and shuts down. I also have Mixtrackpro 2 and that as well does not work after updating Serato DJ for NS7FX. Any suggestions ?

uninstall serato dj and use itch & or VDJ. until we have to wait 10 years for serato have to give us updates (like always) i wonder why they dont test out the hardware with their new software b4 they release it to us ?

hello i tryed to but the new software on my lap top to work with my ns7fx and it did not work I think that they really need to fix this problem because i wantt o see what this new software has to offer me when it comes to my djing

So practiced with my NS7 for my usual 2hrs every couple of days I was fine went to a gig and by hour 3 it crashed plus with No mic solution yet to be available it has me baffled!!!

Still no solution? I think I better not even update to SDJ yet. I will have to stay on itch or keep on the 1200's with SL.

which controller do u use? SDJ is free for the itch users ....

i use the NS7FX by numark when I was reading up on SDJ it said that it work wit my controller

i just downloaded Serato DJ to my computer but it keeps saying no compatible dj device connected. What do i do?

I am using the ns7. I had to download the old itch version because serato dj does not recognize my controller. Am i missing something?

I just bought a new laptop. I downloaded itch and analyzed my music. I still have half of my music highlighted in red. If i try to play them it sys "not found" i used the relocate file feature but the music is still available. All my music plays fine on Itunes but half of it still comes up "not fund " in itch. What else should i do to make all my music available in itch?

the songs are in the same folder that was registered in Serato. You must keep the same name as the main pa ta where this subfolders of the songs. open the backlands, click "files", click "Rescan ID3 Tags", click on "Relocate Lost Files". So the backlands will search for all music from your list.
