Has been boxed for last year, am now able to use again, once i have a track already playing, as I press load to load another track to a different deck, the sound from the original deck stops - although track keeps playing - the new track starts instantly and cue becomes illuminated on the newly loaded deck meaning unable to load and cue without the music stopping. Secondly, when 2 tracks are loaded/playing, after pressing cue to hear audio from the one track in the headphones, that track instantly becomes the main track that is playing - not simply just being heard in the headphones

Before I can start the troubleshooting process I need to gather some further information off you.

1. Can you send me your full computer specs?
-- Right-Click your MY COMPUTER icon and select PROPERTIES
-- Copy/Paste this information back here.

2. Are you using any external drives to organise your music?

3. Are you using any USB devices?

Try the following,

1. Have you installed the correct drivers for Windows Vista 64bit?
-- Download Drivers Here --> www.allen-heath.com
-- You will need to enter your name and email before you can go through to the download page.

2. Download and install ITCH 2.2
-- Download Here --> serato.com

Does your Xone:DX now function correctly?
