Regarding headphones.
1. Try turning the CUE GAIN knob up.
-- This controls your headphones volume.

2. I am not sure I understand what you mean re Asio4all not working?
-- When you launch Serato DJ intro with your controller connected can you see two virtual decks on your screen?
-- Or do you have a message saying "no device connected"?

3. The Stutter button on the Mixtrack Pro responds to a "temporary cue point" that you create.
-- If you create a temporary cue point when you press the Stutter button the playhead will bounce back to that cue point and continue to play forward from that point.

4. The Mixtrack Pro only supports 2 decks.

Before you upgrade I suggest you check out your computer specs and make sure you are up to spec to run Serato DJ. Minimum Spec Requirements Here --> serato.com

1.-The cue button, it works fine, but the volume in cue botton is low, is impossible to listening the song Through cue botton, when I am doing gigs.
I am playing one song, I want to listening the other song through headphones I completely turn the cue botton, with low results.

2.-The software work fine, when I connect the controller, they are the 2 decks, this is working normal, but i cant active Asio4all, or i dont know how to do in DJ INTRO, for example in VDJ it works automatically, when I open the software, icon appears on the toolbar, but with DJ INTRO, i cant see this icon.

3.-How can create a cue a temporary cue botton? i was reading the manual, but i cant find how to do.....))))

So turning the CUE GAIN knob does not increase the volume in your headphones?
-- Can you try another pair of headphones?



Can you explain what you mean by "activate Asio4all" ?



1. Move the Mixtrack Pros platter (deck) to the correct position you want to create a temporary cue point.
2. Hold your fingers on the platter and press the CUE button at the same time.
-- This will create a temporary CUE point.

About asio4all....i ll try to explain in other way....... if i am using VDJ the asio icon is active automatically and the asio green icon in the toolbar is possible to see down in the right corner on toolbar.
If i am running DJ INTRO, this icon it does not appear, in the toolbar, that mean asio is not activate
asio colors: green and active with signal (play)
blue with signal (stop) not activate
yellow with signal (pause)
how to put DJ INTRO and asio4all working together?

Sounds good. Let me know how you get on.

Regarding the Asio4all drivers.
Serato DJ Intro uses these drivers in a slightly different way to VDJ.

Check the following settings,

1. Disconnect all USB devices from your computer.
2. Connect your Mixtrack Pro.
3. Click the START button and search SOUND.
4. Open the Sound Preference window.
5. Navigate to the OUTPUT tab.
6. Make sure you have your LAPTOP SPEAKERS set as the DEFAULT PLAYBACK device.
-- Take a screenshot and upload it to this thread.
7. Close the sound window.
8. Launch Serato DJ Intro.

Your Mixtrack Pro is ready to be used with Serato DJ Intro.

Check the CUE GAIN is sending messages to Serato DJ Intro.
-- Follow these steps.

1. Connect your MIXTRACK PRO.
2. Launch Serato DJ Intro.
3. Click the SETUP button on the top task bar inside Serato DJ Intro.
4. You will see an INTERNAL MIXER section.
-- Turn the CUE GAIN knob on your MIXTRACK up/down.
-- Can you see the virtual CUE GAIN knob in Serato DJ intro move at the same time?

I am really sorry, but i cant find from the point number 4.- (how to settings asio4all/dj intro)
if you can show me some pictures what windows you are talking then the other steps,also it will be very nice and i am really sorry, but i cant find this step.

About the cue virtual in settings this is working correct with Mixtrack, when i move cue knob from Mixtrack this virtual botton is moving at the same time.

Then for now, is only to check about settings with asio where i have more problems to find)))).
