LOOP Problem

I just bought the VCI-300 with Serato ITCH. Has anyone noticed that when trying to establish a loop, the CUE/IN sets perfectly, but when setting the OUT/LOOP, it sets a little bit before or after....not exactly where you put it. Really weird, i think it's a software glitch. Am I the only one?
