1607: unable to install InstallShield Scripmting runtime

where is the problem?

yesterday i tried to install but got error message the a newer driver is allready installed.
than i deinstanned novation audiodriver abd started installation from begining
now i always get the error above

Hi Jimbow,

Have you got an antivirus software running from comcast? Try disabling the anti virus software to avoid this happening.
