i updated the firmware on my ddj wego but whenever i plug it in for a second i see the virtual turntables but then it says that the hardware is disconnected. it works on my other pc but not my new one...

Hey Dmhgrosso,

On the taskbar at the bottom right right click on the Sound icon > Playback devices, make sure that the DDJ-WeGO is NOT set as the default sound card. Make sure it's your onboard soundcard which is set as default.

still nothing....but now i can use the song select knob to change and browse tracks :S

Do you now see the virtual decks showing up?
Did you need to change the default soundcard? What difference did it make?

Actually it did nothing. But your idea sparked an idea of mine. I forgot tho install the driver for pc... so the issue is resolved. :). Thank you for your help I appreciate it.
