On certain track when i place a cue point on track it doesnt stay if play another track & put back the track that i place the cue point it not there anymore!! Plz hope u have solution

Do these tracks have a "Lock Sign" to the left of them in the song playlist? They might be "Read Only" files.

I check already it still doesnt stay!!

Internal drive or external drive? Does it do this for all files, or just some? You can try this...

1. Right-click the drive's letter (C:, D:, etc.) in Explorer and select Properties
2. Click the Security tab
3. Click "Edit." You will be asked to elevate.
4. Select "Users" and check the Modify box
5. Click OK enough times to get back to where you were.

I have a external drive!!! Not all files just a few!!!!

Do these files have a "Lock Icon" next to them in the SSL library list? If so, select the file in SSL -- hit CTRL+R and then highlight the MP3 -- "Right Click" -- select "Properties" and UNCHECK "Read Only".

If these files are "Read Only" SSL will not be able to save/write anything to the file itself.
