I'm not getting clear(crisp)scratches.It really sound horrible.I have set my USB buffer size to 2.
I'm using Rane ttm57sl and M44G's.

Have you tried raising your USB buffer size? Also, how much RAM and what size processor do you have? Are you running MAC or PC. What OS systems?

2.4GHz
2GB
