Well Vista is still fairly new, so yes -- XP is still preferred. Although SSL will run on Vista 32 and 64 -- the Serato guys have had more time to adjust SSL to XP as opposed to Vista.

So, if you already have XP and are thinking of upgrading -- I would just stick with XP.

I was gun hoe on Vista until I was doing a wedding a wedding and it SSL failed for no reason. switched to XP and the cpu and memory utilization was cut in half.

Well trippel boot enabled my lappy, and been testing for some hours now.
No match, XP is handling SSL better. Leavin Vista 32 for XP until u guys made 64bit Vista the best or another sw needs it.

Now i run on the lowest latency, try to do a sh*t load of stuff, but no drops, supah.
