I installed this morning and have yet to connect to a mixer. All day I was mp3 tagging and I have have 2 issues:

1. Offline player studders at beginning of most songs and starts off at a -8 pitch speed then kicks in to normal speed.

2. Getting not responding error while closing application.

Are you sure this is happenning with 1.8.2? Also, if your on a Vista machine i suggest you run through the Vista Optimization -- See here: scratchlive.net

Yes, and on Vista. I'll rebuild overviews tonight and try some other tweaks. I have already run through the Vista Optimization.

Another question, the 1.8.1 build was giving me a problem where SL would crash upon first connection to my mixer. I'd close the not responding window and then the 2nd open would work. Do you know if this was resolved in 1.8.2 as well?

Day 2:

Mixer problem is resolved!

Offline player crashes a LOT. Twice today. Basically it will studder starting tracks and then eventually will cease play. The play button can be clicked red but nothing. Then I get not responding and I am forced to close out.

Looks like BuddyLove posted a great link (first link) to a post where the Serato guys are looking into it. djbizz: Please stay posted and well let you know the fix as soon as we can.
