Hey John W,

Thanks for getting in touch,

Before I can start troubleshooting I need to gather some more information off you,

1. Can you send me your FULL computer specs?
-- RIGHT-click your MY COMPUTER icon and select PROPERTIES
-- Copy / Paste this information back to me please.

2. Are you using any external hard drives to organise your music?
-- How big is the external drive?
-- How much free space is on it?

3. Are you using any other USB devices?

Thanks :)

I am having a problem with not enough space for this command and itch stopped working errors, using my MC5000 Denon controller.
3.0 USB Windows 7 64 bit 8 gig Ram Intel I5 2.5 Ghz 700 gig hard drive HP 4530s laptop
No other USB devices are being used. No external drives. Let me know if there is a good solution to keep using Serato itch. 2.2.2 Everything is working with VIrtual DJ.
thanks, jw

Hey John W,

Firstly I want to apologise it has taken me a couple weeks to get back to you!
Its not usually that long to wait, but I appreciate your patience :-)

I am having a problem with not enough space for this command

1. How big is your music library?
2. How much free space do you have on your internal hard drive?
-- Its recommend you have around 20% free space
-- Anything less and your computers performance will go down.
3. I noticed you have USB 3.0 ports. This may be causing an issue for the HC5000.
-- Do you have a usb hub you could try connecting in-between the HC5000 and your computer?
-- In some cases this can act as a "power converter" which has resolved the issue for some users out there.

Thanks.
