Hi there! My problem is that my sound in my headphones is too quiet. The level from the controller is at its maximum.

Hi Ikirov,

With the headphone volume on the VCI-400, if the knob on the front of the unit has been maxed out then unfortunately that is as loud as it will be able to go.

In DJ Intro you can go into the SETUP menu and adjust the cue gain there, but this will only give you another +6db.

Sorry Ikirov actually you can't change cue gain on DJ Intro. Only solution will be turn the gain up but might cause audio distortion. But as I said with the headphone volume on the VCI-400, if the knob on the front of the unit has been maxed out then unfortunately that is as loud as it will be able to go.
