Seriously 8 years of inactivity is too long to make a claim on a name unless you had it Trademarked or at least registered.

After 8 years consider it a new life, get a new name and move on.

I don't know if that's him or not. No, I didn't make it big, and yes, the new guy does have a good "foothold" on the name. I'm didn't really expect to be able to do anything, I guess I was just whining more than anything.
I appreciate everyone's input, however.
For now, I'll just use my real name C.H. Sewell... until something better comes along.
