Hey Dj_KAss.stay.nasty,

Thanks for getting in touch,

Before I can start troubleshooting I need to gather some more information off you,

1. Can you send me your FULL computer specs?
-- RIGHT-click your MY COMPUTER icon and select PROPERTIES
-- Copy / Paste this information back to me please.

2. Are you using any external hard drives to organise your music?
-- How big is the external drive?
-- How much free space is on it?

3. Are you using any other USB devices?

Thanks :)

Hey DJ_KAss.stay.nasty,

Thanks for that information,

Have you checked out the required MINIMUM specs for Serato DJ Intro?
--> serato.com

I noticed you are running a AMD processor and its also only 1.6GHz.

1. We dont support AMD processors.
-- Please read this statement from us --> serato.com

2. The processor speed is well below minimum spec requirements.

I would suggest you run through our Windows optimisation guide.
This will optimise your computer for Serato DJ Intro.
If you are still having issues after this there is nothing else we can really troubleshoot.
--> serato.com

I would suggest looking at purchasing a new computer.

If you have any other questions please feel free to ask :)

Thanks.
