i update my itch program but my hot cue points don't wanna work, when i try to put one hot cue don't let me putted. what's the problem whit it ????

Thanks for your post.

- What version of ITCH were you using prior to updating to ITCH 2.2.2?

- Have you updated the firmware and drivers for your Pioneer DDJ-S1? you an check whether a firmware update is available by going into the 'Setup Screen' and checking under the 'Hardware' tab. For your drivers, below I have attached a link to the Pioneer DDJ-S1 support page where you will need to click on the Drivers tab and download and install the drivers:

- Have you tried using another USB cable?

- Are you using any other USB devices on your computer? Can you confirm with me that you are using the Numark NSFX as well?

Thank you for your patience. I still have not managed to recreate your issue. Just to clarify with you:

- Are you using any other USB devices on your computer? Can you confirm with me that you are using the Numark NSFX as well?

- Have you tried updating to the all new Serato DJ software?
