The only 2.0 thing that exists is the second version of the control vinyl, which is what comes with all Scratch LIVE purchases. Version 1 of the vinyl hasn't been around for a looong time.

The Rane hardware is made in the USA and I would expect the control records and CDs are probably produced in the USA but the software is coded in New Zealand.
