bridge crossfader question

on the master track, where i think the crossfader automation should go, i only get one continuous straight, pink line.

i'm not an ableton live pro by any means, but through the rane sixty two and serato 2.4.4 i can get all the automation envelopes for the knobs and program faders. i can draw in the fades, but that's not how this should work, should it?

everything else seems fine
