Hello. I connected Serato Scratch LIVE and I am experiencing a lack of sound out of my right side monitor. I switched wires and it still is dead on that side. When I use the right side track, I get a strong signal on both.
Also, when I load a track into each side of my Scratch LIVE, the track starts 30 or so seconds into the track (the track delay option in settings is not enabled)
Please help.

you get a good circle in both left and right decks but no sound from the monitors? Does it play both sides in your headphones? Does the master out lights of your mixer show an even signal?
Check to see if your "vinyl start offset" got moved up. set-up / vinyl control tab. Are you using Cdj's or turntables?

Hello, thank you for your response. I am new to Serato, so I will explain everything as well as i can. Hope you can follow
As of late last night, I was getting NO circles and sound (I am plugged to the line inputs)
Headphones play on both sides for each channel
The master lights DO blink -- ALSO - I am using an MP2016/XP2016 - when i switch the booth monitor to "cue" im getting sound from both speakers.
Vinyl start offset is at "0" - however this has been an issue for some tracks, meaning the track wont start, then i toggle the offset knob and it begins.
I am using two cdj200 decks.
ONE MORE THING - My circles are not very linear - there is some distortion obviously. Do you know the best way to remedy this issue? IS it my wires?

Do you have "line" input selected in the setup menu and not "phono" input? Since you are using CDJs you need to have line input selected in the setup menu.

so now you have signal, you are getting circles. good.
You are getting sound in the headphones, good
Your lights on the mixer are reading the levels of the scratchlive output, good.
Might be your connection from the mixer to your monitors. I do believe you said it worked when you switched to "booth", that is good too.
Here is a link to some sample scope views, does it look like any of these?

Hi there. Thank you for all your help. I am away for a few days and will not be able to check these last instructions. To answer your questions, I'm using 2 cdj200 decks and s Rane MP/XP2016. I hope to have this all up and running when I return. Thank u!

This issue has been resolved. My only problem now is my tracks are starting from the middle when I cue up AND I am not getting a BPM read out. when i tap.. the bpm shows up, but disappears. also, when using CDJ players, does Serato cancel out the effects options on the decks?

in set-up / playback, do you have "play from start" selected? Is the cd at the beginning of track one? In set=up / vinyl control, do you have your "vinyl start offset" at 0?
Have you tried rescanning the ID3 tags in Scratchlive and then build your overviews with "set auto bpm" checked and the proper range selected?
