Hello everybody. I'm the DJ KZE of Brazil

Here is a tip for you to use your notebook with onboard intel and nvidia card dedicated.

FACT:
Some notebook now are coming with video cards NVIDIA dedicated INTEL HD + (IN MY CASE, GT540M). but when trying to open the SL-VIDEO or VIDEO SERATO ended up giving error because it was being processed by INTEL and not by NVIDIA

I HAVE A SOLUTION!!

----------

1 - CLICK WITH THE RIGHT IN THE AREA OF WORK AND OPEN "NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL"

2 - OPEN ABA "MANAGE 3D SETTINGS"

3 - THE FIELD "SELECT A PROGRAM TO CUSTOMIZE" ADD PROGRAM "SERATO VIDEO" OR "VIDEO-SL" ... (YOU WILL FIND IT AT:

Windows x64
C: \ program files (x86) \ common files \ serato \ serato video \ serato video.exe

Windows x86
C: \ program files \ common files \ serato \ serato video \ serato video.exe

4 - IN THE FIELD "SELECT A PREFERRED GRAPHIC CARD" SELECT YOUR CARD NVIDIA

5 - FIELD AND "THE SETTINGS SPECIFY PUT THESE SETTINGS:

- FXAA Antialiasing: OFF
- Antialiasing Gama: OFF
- Antialiasing Mode: APP controled
- Transparency Antialiasing: OFF
- CUDA GPUs: ALL
- POWER MANAGEMENT MODE: MAX PERFORMANCE
- MULTI DISPLAY: MULTIPLE DISPLAY PERFORMANCE MODE

... AND HAVE FUN!!!

Hey I have a toshiba PC with an intel HD graphic card and running windows 8 software do you think this will work for me
Carlos Alexandre 8:03 PM - 28 March, 2013
Hey Marley.

Well, your own personal Serto announced that Serato Video does not run with intel boards.

BUT, if in your notebook comes along with Intel and an Nvidia Card. (What Toshiba calls "discrete graphics"), yes it will work!

No it wont work

Some computer have a Video Chip (intel 3000 or 4000 or 5000) and a dedicated Video card (NVIDIA, ATI)

If you dont have the second card also it will never work.

never say never, we have been screaming for serato to support the intel hd cards and they are now working on it. Filters will be required but it's going to happen this year.
