I can see something is playing via the software, but I can't hear anything. I've gone into Sound (Playback), but it doesn't seem to matter which speaker output I select, no audio is heard.

Thanks Aaron.

Any ideas how to switch to internal speakers? I did play around with the speaker options, but couldn't see how to do it. I've running Windows 8. If not, I'll do what you've suggested and run it via an external output to another stereo.
