Thanks for your post. Currently Windows 8 is not supported by our software. That being said I have gotten Serato ITCH to recognize my Novation Twitch on Windows 8 upon a fresh installation of ITCH. Because it is not officially supported, however, there may be several bugs, glitches or other problems that prevent you from having a normal user experience, but for the most part, I was able to use the controller to control ITCH as normal.

We hope to support Windows 8 soon, however, but I can't give you a time frame as to when that will be.
