Hey DJ CICI,

Thanks for your post. You may have to disable your Pioneer DDJ-Ergo as a sound device so that it can be read as a MIDI device on your computer. Below I have attached some instructions on how to do this:


-> Right click on 'My Computer' icon on your desktop
-> Select 'Manage'
-> In the left hand panel select 'Device Manager'
-> In the middle panel select the 'Arrow' next to 'Sound, Video and Game Controllers
-> From the drop down, search for 'Pioneer Ergo'
-> Once found Right Click and Disable.

From here you will need to restart your computer before relaunching Serato DJ.
