no I dont know if the problem is that I use windows 8, because I just started using seratoITCH Video and yes I use harddrive. what of figured out was that it only plays high definition videos with audio. is that normal? or do I have to do the set up different, I hope u can help me ? Thanks!!

Thnx guys for your help. but now the videos get froze sometimes anyone knows how I can fix it?

I still have the same problem but I get audio in the videos now, but the video freeze and it makes me shut down the videos. Anybody know how to fix this or what's going on? I would appreciate it.
