The audio playback coming from the controller is crackly and the tempo will slow down randomly.

I've tried with different audio drivers, I've updated firmware and changed pc.

But both pc had AMD cpu and I've read that Serato could have issues with AMD cpu. This problem comes out only with Reloop Terminal Mix 4, 'cause I've tried with same pc and a Pioneer DDJ Ergo and everything goes ok.

I need to fix this problem!

It's impossible that I can't work with my brand new consolle only for having an AMD pc!

Hi oStile17,

AMD processors are known to have issues with our software.

I see you've put in some work trying to get it working. Unfortunately, I'm not sure i can offer any other suggestions other than the ones listed here - serato.com
