Hi,
i have purchase the DDJ-ERGO and download with DJ Intro software. i came across a problem twice within few days.
While the channel 1 was on air and the channel 2 fader was down the audio from channel 2 was also came onair when i have the cue button of channel 2 On.
Is this possible? I had to power off and on again controller to solve the problem.
Please advice

Hey discjockeyR,
Thanks for your post.
-Was the Audio from Channel 2 coming through your headphones or the Main Output (speakers)?
-Where is the crossfader positioned?
Cheers.

Hi Mak T,
The audio was output from the main output. i am not sure about the crossfader where was but the channel 2 fader was completely down and when the cue button of channel 2 was pressed the audio came out from master output. this happens only twice and i did not manage to generate it again.

Hey discjockeyR,
Okay, this is really strange, especially with the fact the volume fader for Channel 2 was completely down. Could you please try updating your current version of Serato DJ version 1.1.2 and see if your issues still persist? Below I have attached link to the Serato DJ 1.1.2 download page:
serato.com (click link)
Let me know how you go with this.
Cheers
