like i side the left side went out and have tried to go back and uninstall and install different verisons to see if that would would work but it didnt and never got an email back this is bullshit

Have you been able to get sound out of the left side with another software? It may be a hardware related problem, if so, you'll need to contact novation or the retailer you bought it from regarding warranty.
