When I'm using my terminal 4 the songs will start to play slowly. This happened to me with my mix track pro but I stopped it my using a different external hard drive with less music on it.

Hey Tore2ga,
Apologies for the lack of response, the support team has been extremely busy due to a recent software release.
Are you still using an external drive in this situation? Do you have any other USB devices connected to your computer?
Have you tried connecting to the other USB ports available on the computer?

I only have this problem with my two pcs when using my MacBook Pro it works perfect. That's when I thought it was the amount of music on my hard drive. So I purchased a new external hard drive and only put a few songs on it and still plays slowly. I've tried everything from setting the pc up following forums on serato. It's frustrating as I can use virtual DJ without any problems but serato intro plays my songs slowly.

So what happens if you DON'T use the external drive at all and just play some files from your desktop?
What is your USB buffer size set to in the SETUP screen? I would recommend moving it all the way to the right to see if makes a difference.

Same thing plays slowly. I've done everything I've set my laptop up like serato says. I've set the buffer all the way to the right. I've tried it without my hard drive. I've tried a new hard drive with just a portion of my music on it.

Have you tried updating to Serato DJ 1.1.2? serato.com
Does this just happen randomly while playing? If you restart the software does it usually fix it for a period of time?
Do you have any other USB devices connected to your computer?
Does it happen only when you are using more than 2 decks or something?
Are you able to make a quick video of this perhaps and upload the video to this thread?

Ok here's the thing I purchased the one with serato dj and video plug in but they sent me the version with dj intro. I need an authorization number and can't get anyone from reloop to answer me. I have sersto dj for my ns6. Don't feel I should pay for the upgrade when I have it already then paid for it with my reloop controller

And I've tried it with Only my controller connected even purchased a power supply to see if that helped and nothing still plays slow

Ok, so you did you receive a Serato DJ coupon in your box for the Reloop controller or no?
I can understand that you don't want to pay, if you were supposed to get a coupon and have not.
Can you please answer these questions, it really would help:

Does it happen with your Numark NS6 using ITCH or Serato DJ?

Oh ok so is the $50 coupon a discount voucher to purchase a license? Why do they want you to send your controller back in?
Ok thanks Tore2ga, I would appreciate you making a video and the answer to my other questions when you are free to do so:

The DJ intro is only a two track program and yes if I close and re open the software yes it will fix it for a short period maybe 30 seconds. And no it doesn't happen with my ns6 running itch or DJ.

Ok, thanks for your answers. Any chance you can make a quick video using your phone or something so I could see whats happening on screen when the issue occurs?
