I received my MC2000 on Monday and have found that Serato DJ Intro tends to glitch and skip occasionally when playing songs, I have followed your guide on your website for optimizing my computer's performance and have had no luck after doing so. I have also tried disabling my network connection and am still having problems.

I have made a DpcIsr Report which I will attach to this help request as instructed.

I am running both my MC2000 controller driver and DJ Intro USB buffer size at 512 which has not helped solve the problem.

I am using a Dell XPS M1330 laptop.

My laptop specs are;

OS: Windows 7 Professional 32bit - Service Pack 1
Processor: Pentium Dual-Core CPU: T4200 @ 2.00 GHz
RAM: 3GB
Graphics: Standard VGA Graphics Adapter
