fails to connect to audio, hardware disconnected
I have recently bought serato dj for my ddj ergo but when i plug it into my windows 8 computer, and windows 7 computer, the program opens but does not open the audio device. I have plugged in the controller before and after opening the program. I have also update my bios and all of my other drivers. My controller works with my virtual dj le 7, but not the serato. I have verified that i bought it for the ergo (serato license) I have unselected the ergo as the default audio device under the volume control panel and that did not help. Please help me! by the way i have an asus k55a with an i5 and 6Gb of ram
