I downloaded the upgrade 2.2.2 and restarted my computer and the opened itch opens in offline player starts to load playlist then crash (error 1 firmware cant up date) im stuck and can't use itch or my twitch

Thanks for getting in touch,

Can you please send me your full computer specs?
Are you using any external drives to organise your music?
Are you using any other USB devices?

Try go back to ITCH 2.2 and see if you still have the same issue.

my lap top is a dell with windows 7 with 6gb memory and 640 gb hd. Please let me know if you need more info. all music is internal and the only other usb used is for a wireless mouse. I have went back to the older to the 2.2 and seams to work fine. I just wanted the never version for any fixes you had done. when will serato DJ be available for the twitch upgrade

Thanks for that information,
I apologise it has taken me a few days to get back to you!

Are you able to send me your FULL computer specs?
Click on your "MY Computer" icon and select properties.
It will load up a window with Processor Info / Graphics Card Info etc...
Copy this information and send it to me please.

Regarding the crash in itch 2.2.2
Does this happen in both the offline player and also the online player?
Does it still happen if your wireless mouse is connected?

SERATO DJ support is coming, unfortunately I dont have an official release date for you.

I have clipped my specs to attached file
it never opens to the online player
i never tried to without the mouse but i will try and get back at you i have been using the 2.2.0 for now but serato dj comes out soon I wouldn't worry about this update

Thanks for that information,

So you have gone back to ITCH 2.2.0 and have no issues with your TWITCH now?

ITCH 2.2.2 is mostly a Serato Video effects update.
Release notes here --> serato.com

Do you use Serato Video?
If you dont I would advise sticking with ITCH 2.2.0 until SERATO DJ support becomes available.
