Hi,

Im trying to get my Reloop Mix 4 working on the SeratoDJ software.

The controller has 4 cue buttons T13
I can erase a cue using shift button T18
-This works OK

Now I also have some buttons that are currently not mapped at all! (Reloop Manual states these buttons are for VDH only)

4 sampler buttons T15
1 slice button (siccor) T14 to use cue/sample 5-8 on VDJ
adjust loop turn knob T12 for VDJ



Now I would like to use the other buttons as well. Especially since if Im correct in the Serato DJ software has a total of 8 saved cue points or loops and a total of 4x6 samples in the SP section. So enough options to map to.

How can I remap the controller to use for example;

Cue 1-4 for cue 1-4
Cue1-4 + T14 for loop 1-4

Sampler 1-4 for sample SP6 1-4
Sampler 1-4+T14 for sample SP6 5,6

Erase cue/loop with shift

Adjust loop knob for sample volume maybe handy?


I have no experience with mapping.
Any help would be welcome!

Main problem is the MIDI button is GREY (locked)... Is here a way to unlock it?

Windows 7 64bit. Reloop Mix 4.

Hey Michaelmussee,

Thanks for getting in touch,

You cant custom midi map supported SERATO DJ controllers. They are plug and play.
Any parameters not pre mapped to your controller can only be mapped with a separate GENERIC midi controller.

Ok so the Reloop 4 cant be remapped...

Any idea why the Reloop MIx 4 Sampler buttons T15, T14 slice button or T12 adjust loop cant be used within SeratoDJ?

PC has good specs, I tried to install a firmware update v.21 however it crashes with a "TIMEOUT"error.

I dont have the answer for that. It may be something we implement in a future upgrade but at this stage thats all the information I have.

Try repeat the upgrade process. If you have issues again please send me your full computer specs and I will look into it further for you.
