CPU usage maxes out when using itch

So I was going to a gig and for some reason Itch didn't function at all. At first it didn't recognize the controller (twitch) and the finally when it did the cpu usage is maxed out and the program doesnt respond. Any ideas, tried reverting back to 2.2 but the same problem there?

I have an acer travelmate 7520g laptop with windows 7. It has a AMD turion64 x2 processor. The program used to work just fine...

Hey Carlosjr,

Thanks for getting in touch,

I noticed you are using an AMD processor, we dont support these processors.
Please read this statement from us --> serato.com

I will continue to troubleshoot for you but we may not be able to resolve this issue.

Can you send me your full computer specs?
Are you using any external hard drives to organise your music? (how big are they?)
Are you using any other USB devices?

Ok so I ditched the other computer and now I'm using my i7 desktop. The controller is working fine with Ableton. Itch is not working!!! The program terminates after startup. Tried earlier version also...

Ok, now the third computer, my new laptop. Itch starts and plays back but the touchstrip and cue etc. buttons are not working. Tried Traktor out and it worked just fine...

+ THE ATTACH A FILE BUTTON IS NOT WORKING.....

Can we work on one computer please?
-- Once we have that working correctly we can move onto the second.

1. Can you send me the full specs of your laptop please?

2. ARE YOU USING ANY EXTERNAL HARD DRIVES?
-- How big is the external drive?
-- How much free space do you have on it?

3. Are you using any other USB devices?
-- Any USB mouses / keyboards?

Can you please answer all the questions, its very hard to start the troubleshooting process with no / or a lack of information.
