the program will not recognize the controller when it is plugged in via usb and will not work if not plugged into computer it say's that hardware is not detected what do i need to do?

Hi fraccus,

What operating system are you running?
Try these steps

-> Right click on 'My Computer' icon on your desktop
-> Select 'Manage'
-> In the left hand panel select 'Device Manager'
-> In the middle panel select the 'Arrow' next to 'Sound, Video and Game Controllers
-> From the drop down, search for 'Denon DJ MC2000'
-> Once found Right Click and Disable.

Your Numark Mixtrack Pro should now work with DJ Intro.
