Last night after 3 hours of playing my controller stops responding .
Music was still playing but i can move pitch,master volume,platters,nothin.
The only buttons that respond where switch Deck A-B C-D and Pulse mode button but they didnt affect anythin.
Cpu load was on low level,everything that i can activate with mouse was working regular but the contoller stop responding.
Anybody knows problem?

I did upgrade on firmware to 1.30 version,also update Serato intro to 1.1.0. version.

Nothin goes wrong last 2 nights ,actually it was the only time this problem occured.

Again same problem,now in Serato DJ trial version,contoller just stop responding like before.
Long file (150min.) was loaded in the deck by the time,can that affect somethin?!?

Interesting,song keeps playin.CPU load is low and everything works controled by the keyboard or mouse.

Last night i upgraded firmware to 1.4 and serato to 1.1.1. lets see if somethin happens but this happens only rarely ,everything else working just perfect.

Happened again tonight,could this be because of the cable in controller is moved by a little and dont make good connection? Can i put another cable that connects better?

This is video of my Ergo stop responding. As you can see platter doesnt respond,also gliders,master volume. A-B buttons switching but nothin happens ,shift button also.Computer keeps playing song regularly and all comands by mouse are working,cpu load is ALWAYS on low level. What is most interesting ,when my ergo goes to standby-mode (lights flashing) i can bring him out that mode by touching a platter or touch any unresponsive button.
Pls Help.
