It says "Error: Failed to Connect Audio. I was using it before and was working correctly. I restored my laptop, reinstalled everything and now when i turn on serato it says "Error: Failed to Connect Audio
. Hope to hear back soon. Thanks. I have also uninstalled serato and installed it again.

-How long has this issue been occurring?

-Upon purchasing the Reloop TM4, did you install the initial drivers for your controller?

- Have you tried updating to the latest version of DJ Intro (version 1.0.9)?

Hi, Im also having problem with my Serato DjIntro, but Im using a Mixtrack pro
i tried everything that is being said here on the forums but still i got nothing. can you help me out sir?

my laptop Specs are

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate (64bit)
Intel Core i7
4gb of RAM

I am also having the same problem, i have updated DJ Intro, and re-installed, and folowed every trouble shooting instruction and nothing has worked so far some help please?
