Hey,
i already looked at a view things in the forum about my problem but i couldn't find a solution. I installed first the driver and after that serato intro. then i wanted to start serato together with my mixer, but it showed the message "hardware disconnected". I could only use one channel of my mixer and of this only the jogwheel and the play button, so just the basic functions.

In the forum some people suggested to disable the function of the controller in the soundsettings and also to deinstall the drivers and than after connecting the controller again with the computer, reinstall the drivers again. But all of that didn't work out.

Could you please tell me what I have to do to use my controller?

best wishes

Hey mlkhabdf,

What are you computer spec's?
Are you getting the two virtual decks on screen? If not i'm not sure how you are getting the controller function like play etc to go. That is very strange. Could you explain in more detail or even make a small video and attach it to the forum?

Hey

I've got a Samsung R540, Intel Core i3 350M, 2,3GHz, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, ATI HD 5145, DVD, Win 7 HP.

I get only one deck on the screen and the sign "hardware disconnected".

And I already tried out to reinstall serato and the drivers like 20 times, but nothing happens.

Lets try reinstalling the drivers via device manger
Firstly close all programs
Go to the start > Control Panel > Device manager > Sound, video and game controllers > Terminal Mix 2 right click > Uninstall driver. Once you have done that disconnect the TM2 and then reconnect. It should then automatically install drivers.

Reopen Serato DJ Intro. Does it show up?

There must be a conflict with another driver on your p.c. I'm not sure what that maybe, how long is a piece of string? Do you have any windows skins (Make you p.c look different) software installed or anything else that maybe causing an audio conflict?
