No sound output even after following instructions in support for this issue. i routed the master output into my mac with 3.5 RCA cable and changes the setting sound system preferences; and set the setting exactly as described in Line In app. still no sound.
please help.

Did you follow these instructions: serato.com
Are you getting to virtual decks in Serato DJ Intro?
Are you able to play music out of controller to a stereo?
