Play Button and Jog Wheels don't work

If I open Serato Dj Intro everthing is ok. But if I connect my controller and load a Track into Deck 1 or 2 I can't start the Track with the Playbutton or use the Jogwheels! All other features work in the software. Also there are no soundgraph! If I disconnect the controller or will close the software it crashes.
I have delete all Softwareparts and install them again.

Can you please send me your computer specs?
Are you using any external hard drives to organise your music?
Are you using any other USB Devices?

My computer specs:
-AMD Phenom II X6 1090T
-Geforce GTX 470
-12GB DDR3 Ram
-ASRock 870 Extreme3
-1TB HDD

No. I don't use any external hard drives to organise my music.

Other USB Devices:
-WLAN Stick
- external soundcard
-USB Hub
-Gamepad
-USB Stick
- 2x external hard drive

Unfortunately you are running an AMD processor, we dont support AMD processors.
Please read this statement from us --> serato.com

We have this Windows Computer Optimisation Guide that may help solve your issues, but if this doesn't help I am sorry but there is nothing else I can do --> serato.com
