Hey Paulino,
Are you using any other USB Devices?
Are you using any external hard drives to organise your music?
How many music files do you have in your SERATO DJ INTRO library?
I would advise downloading and installing the latest DRIVERS
Driver v1.15 (949.96 KB) - > www.reloop.com
Scroll down the page until you see the DRIVER section.
When you connect your TERMINAL MIX 4 and load up SERATO DJ INTRO it says "hardware disconnected" leave your TERMINAL MIX 4 connected for 5 minutes, does this "hardware disconnected" sign stop flashing at any point? If it stops flashing this means its trying to connect to the software. Give it 5 minutes and see if it connects.
Let me know how you get on.
Thanks.

Hey Paulino,
Good to hear you have resolved your hardware connection problem!
Do you get a LIMITER message come up on the top task bar inside SERATO DJ INTRO?
Check your GAIN knobs for each channel on your TERMINAL MIX 4.
I recommend having these set to 11 o'clock.

Hi Jamie, I've done everything you've recommended me and the problem is still.
Turning the filter buttons are heard these sounds and also begins to fail the song speed, slows down.
I do not know if I explained well, I use the Google translator, Thanks

Hey Paulino,
This is a strange issue. Just to clarify, when you adjust FX knobs it slows down and speeds up the tune that is playing?
Re the crackling sounds, can you check the top task bar of SERATO DJ INTRO, can you see a RED LIMITER LIGHT when this crackling happens?
Are you able to send me a short video of you going through the steps to recreate this issue? It should be able to help us identify where the issue is taking place.
Thanks :)
