Resetting TTM57SL Mixer

How do you reset the mixer back to factory EQ, delay settings?? No matter what even if efects are off the singers voice is almost gone and there is reverb. I have also tried removing all feedback and delays from Aux & Main. Every song still sounds horrible. Does anyone know how to reset?

how you checked the gain on the tracks? Not the master, but the actual gains on your songs in Scratch? When I updated the TTM a couple of weeks ago, it turned my internal gain on songs to full which obviously makes the sound distorted. If that's the case for you, turn the knobs back to half way and it should fix your problem.
