bass buton not working properly

bass buton not working properly

while carrying my mixer in my bag i must've messed up my bass buton cause now it's not working properly. It fell off and ever since i've put it back to it's place it doesn't cut the bass anymore. Can anyone help me with a suggestion or something please?

it's my waranty still good if i took the face of the mixer off....to make my crossfader work easier????????????.....

yes, faceplate isn't breakin the warranty. Just talk to any of the Rane rep listet on the Rane site. They are actually very helpful so don't worry about it :)
