What features would you like to see in Serato software?

Larger waveform view

As much as I love the waveform view as it is it would be better for the user to get the option to have a horizontal waveform stretching across the whole screen. I have already seen the option foir a horizontal display, i just think it would be better if it was larger. It would be good as you could see what is coming up within the track you are playing, especially if you have never played that track out before.

Thanks

I just logged to this website for this exact case! I used to use final scratch with tractor and you could see a much larger waveform. This is especially good for house music when sometimes mixing can be longer and you need to see the waveform from way further. I tried the zoom out but it just doesn't cut it.
I think the virtual vinyl is almost useless for a house DJ as you rarely scratch or anything and knowing the record position is not as important as the cue points. Basically, it would be nice if the program would allow you to re-size or change the display around. For example so the waveform is on the top, or at the bottom, just something to let you move things around so you can personnalize the view.

I agree...Would be good if we could have the choice to make the waveform stretch across the screen.....

If you have a widescreen laptop and set to horizontal waveforms and audio cache at 60, the waveforms take up much more of the screen, like this... i48.photobucket.com

Is there still no way of zooming in and out of the waveform? Like traktor? On ssl I can maybe see 1 or 2 bars depending on track. On traktor I can have it zoomed out so I can see probably 4 to 8 bars.
