If its under warranty Rane should replace them for you. Contact your distributor for support.

ya why build a 1000 mixer and not make it easy to replace the fader, i find this very stupid, so if your fader breaks you need to mail it in, what a joke

It is easy to replace the fader. You simply take 4 screws off the face plate and you are inside to unplug the fader. You can order the parts very easily through a distributor if you want to pay for them. I was stating that if he wanted to get them for free under warranty you would probably have to send the fader or mixer in. Its not like you can just call in and say "hey I need a fader because I broke mine."

Contact RANE or your RANE distributor under warranty case. Normally the black end blocks get damaged. The grey coloured blocks are much better!

Up faders don't work, when i change faders contur, loudness of channel, change too. My crossfader works fine and when I replace cross to upfader then upfader works normally.

@prosper - look at the manual about contour curve matter. Which end blocks do you have? Black or grey? Fully mounted fader is not availiable. If you will have former problems contact German Rane service by e-mail. These guys work perfectly in fixing TTM 57 problems. Also de-adjusted hall sensors could be reason for your problem.

The problem could definitely be the hall sensors so check those, also it's possible that your ribbon cables have been plugged into the faders the wrong way round which has fried the faders.
