Maybe try to rebuild you DatabaseV2 file.

Music > _Serato_ > Rename DatabaseV2 to Old DatabaseV2

Reopen ITCH, then try again.

I have tested
is the music on the Serato ITCH program drive (my example, C: \ Users \ Henry \ Music)> ITCH no crash

is the music on another drive (my example, F: \)> ITCH crash

Are you saying you have music stored on both drives and ITCH only crashes when using music from f:/ drive?

It's not telling me much, i'm not sure why this is happening to you unfortunately, however it must be something to do with the drive. Tell me a bit more about this drive, size, format etc.

Hi and thanks for your help
corrupt files do not exist
I've tested, Itch crash when closing only are Subcrates deleted, not smartcrates.
The Subcrates are on the D: \ drive in the folder .. _ScratchLive_
