DJ Hit Em Up

Unfortunately this did not work. I deleted the folder, restarted the program, and imported my files. After running the software for a couple of minutes I closed the program and made sure the option to back up the crates was checked. When I restarted the program my crates were not saved. When I updated my software to the new version i deleted all folders associated with serato before installing the new version in an attempt to correct the issue but that attempt was unsuccessfull. Another issue im having is I have analyzed several of my music folders to import the bpm for each track but the same issue is occurring where the data is not being saved. Could this issue be caused due to my music is saved on my external hard drive? I am really wanting to upgrade to Serato DJ but if I can't get this issue resolved I will need to look for an alternate software that will not require me to import files each time I start up the program.
