Major props for Rane's Warranty and Service department...

One of the clubs I work at has TTM-57 installed in it. On one of the nights there was a mishap and the all of the push buttons (B1-B6, Group, etc.) were rendered almost useless. They decided to push on and just keep using it the way it was. Fast Forward a couple of months and finally the Cue Fader breaks on one of the nights. Time to send it in.

I sent the mixer in on a Monday. Rane received it on Wednesday. They finished the repair by Thursday and shipped it out. Just got it back today and it looks brand new. All the faders are back to new and they even cleaned it inside and out. The best part...it was under warranty.

yup yup, I've sent mine in to get new faders and it only took a day for them to fix it and another day to ship it. Pretty badass.
