Im looking to buy one and I want to know if it has the echo effects you know like to faid out a song with the echo like the pioneer mixer does and also if it has a connection for a monitor (Session)

It does have an echo...a few in fact. It also has a booth out and an aux out. If you go to Rane.com you can see a large image of the front and see everything it has to offer.
