Hello, I read the discussion board concerning usb connectivity between TTM 57SL and Ableton Live. Primarily the Mbox. I have a TTM57SL connected to my Macbook. I have been having problems controlling signals from my mixer to Ableton Live. I use a MOTU 828MK3 connected via firewire to my Macbook. The 57SL Has 1/4" going into the Motu828. I am able to control the volumes on the mixer, but have no control over the signal into Ableton Live. Even though I bring the faders down on the 57, I am still getting a signal into Ableton which I can control from Ableton. But not the mixer. I believe this is because of usb streaming. Any suggestions on how I can control that signal from the mixer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

... im guessing you want to control your faders in ableton.. you need a midi device to do that.

im not convinced that is possible with the 57...

Are you using the booth output on the 57 into your motu? Sounds like you might be using the FlexFX output.

I understand. No the 57 will not control Ableton it is not a MIDI Controler.

I would suggest a Novation SL to control MIDI withiin Ableton Live
