when updateing the firmware it got stuck and the update process never went through, now the mixer all lite up with red skulls. what should i do?

try this:
power off the mixer, then power it back on without the usb cable connected. The red lights should still be on. Then connect the usb cable to the computer, start up SSL and try to do the firmware update.

if you are using an OSX computer try to use a windows based one.
if that doesn't work I think there is a way to reset the 57 and start over. I don't remember how to do it...I think you hold the top two high kill buttons and turn it on or something.

Or if you can't find a windows computer try a different OSX one.
Don't worry though it's not possible to fry your mixer during a firmware upgrade.
